Beth is very knowledgeable and knows where to find info on houses even when out of her normal area. Beth found the perfect home for me in 2006. Now I am in the process of selling that home and moving out of the area. Have a contract after less than 3 weeks on the market. She knows her stuff and is great to work with.

Beth knows this business inside and out and always had our best interests in mind! She has extensive experience and knowledge of the whole Atlanta area and Lake Oconee area. She is fearless and smart and has a fabulous sassy/sweet personality. In other words, your perfect real estate agent package in one small lady!!!! We have used her expertise both buying and selling properties about 4 or 5 times and would not consider using another agent. She listens to what you want in a home and she DELIVERS! It's always a fun and pleasant experience with Beth!

Beth Erwin is an Awesome Realtor. She is the Listing Agent on my Moms house and has been over the top amazing. I live out of state and Beth has become like a Sister to me. She sincerely cares for my elderly Mom and has gone way beyond the call of duty to make sure that everything is running smooth. Now believe me, she has her hands full with my Mom. She has not only brought in customers but has convinced nesting birds to nest beyond the front porch, contacted workers to help with repair needs, soothed my Mom when she has had worried questions, balanced on step stools to fix things my Mom could not reach.. I could go on and on. (we could write a book on some really funny stories too) In the midst of guiding my Mother she has been devoted, funny, honest, loving, caring, helpful and so much more! She responds quickly to calls and even has worked behind the scenes with my family to make sure we are all in the loop. She has a deep faith in God and is just a really good person. I would highly recommend Beth Erwin to anyone who is considering putting their house on the market.

This is the hardest review I have ever written because I do not believe written words can relay the heartfelt gratitude and respect for Beth that we walked away with after experiencing two real estate deals with her. After seeing how far above and beyond the call of duty Beth went for our family to help our daughter buy her first fixer upper (read "cheap"), we called on her to help us sell our home. My daughter's purchase was a challenging HUD foreclosure that no one wanted to be bothered with. Beth didn't hesitate and got the deal done. We knew she was up to the challenge of selling our very unique home. We knew it would be a challenge because even though we thought it had beautiful character, unique is not always an easy thing in the real estate world. Beth jumped in with enthusiasm and made the entire experience positive and smooth. She guided us and kept us clearly informed without being condescending (as some professionals can be). She not only became our real estate guru, she became our friend. She understood the emotions involved with selling our home of 25 years (that we built ourselves) and made the whole thing fun and easy. The only negative part of the entire experience is we had to leave a wonderful new friend when we moved away.

Beth Erwin is an exceptional agent! When purchasing our first home she found a incredible deal on a recently foreclosed home. My husband and I decided that we wanted to put an offer however the bank had closed the bid. Let just say, Beth Erwin managed to work a miracle by convincing the bank to allow us to place an offer. We got it!! If it had not been for her hard work and dedication I do not believe we would have been able to place an offer. They say purchasing a home, especially as a first time buyer, is very stressful however with Beth Erwin as our agent it was the very opposite. She worked very hard to make sure we were never stressed but made it a fun adventure as a first time buyer. She was extremely resourceful in helping us choose the right financing decisions and spent many long hours making sure we received the best loans- she even offered advice on what would be good now as well as what would be beneficial over the long run. I believe she truly treated us as family, always caring for each and every concern. She always acted as though her main concern was our happiness going forward and not just making a quick sell. You better believe when/if we put our house on the market there will be no debate who will stand by our side. This agent is a true warrior and does not stop until you get the right house for the right price. Honest, loyal, and always patient.
