The Sand & Land Team was started by Beth Livers and Maria Caldarone. Sand & Land prides itself on the ability to match both selling and buying clients' needs and wishes by taking a "team" approach. Single agents have a hard time being in 2 places at once - we do not have that obstacle! We offer a combination of talents and distinctive personalities. Beth was hired by the developer of Indian River Club in 1992 when he purchased the land to develop the golf course community in south Vero Beach. She worked with the original planners on the development side of the golf course and real estate. After the course and club opened in 1995, she moved to Vero Beach full time and was the CFO and General Manager until 2003 when she moved over to the real estate sales department as the Broker and Director of Sales.
