She also helped us find our 2nd rental when the lease was up on that. And as our 2nd rental lease was expiring she helped us find our home. She didn't even mind when our 2 yr old and 5 yr old were running around and being loud and silly. She just laughed and played with them while we were able to look at the houses and talk about each one. She is truly amazing. If we decide to sale and buy another house in the future, she will be the one we go through again.
