Beth was an amazing agent for us (found her on the internet), we live in Buffalo, NY and are buying our first home in Dallas, TX from a woman that lives in Minnesota (and our bank is in Pittsburgh). At first I thought that this would be a hassle but Beth made this process seamless. She showed us many homes to get a feel of what type of homes were on the market at our price range and the value that we could expect to see. Her husband was able to attend the official inspection, being a construction savvy person put our minds at ease that someone with experience would be representing us to the inspector. Everything up to and beyond our closing Beth was and is by our side, from the house hunting to finding us landscapers and pool cleaning companies, Beth continues to amaze us. Beth Steinke was patient and worked around my crazy schedule. She had some personal issues come up during the closing process but still maintained communication with me and made sure everything got done. We weren't able to find a house in my preferred location, but that was mostly due to the competitive market and my budget restrictions. The house we did find was close to my desired location, and had everything I was looking for. I appreciate everything Beth did for me and helping me find a house in a timely manner.

Beth and Roger are a great team. We were house hunting from Oregon and working through our USAA Real Estate buying program. Beth and Roger were recommended by USAA, and for good reason. We worked with Beth online from Oregon to narrow the search. Then I flew to Texas to try to find our next house. Beth made herself available the whole time I was in town and showed me lots of good properties. Then, with literally just hours left in my stay, helped me make an offer on an excellent house for us. My wife, who had to stay back in Oregon, was very happy with the choice as Beth helped with the ladies point of view. We utilized the latest video techniques to help my wife get a good look. In the end Beth helped me craft a fair offer, that was a accepted over a competing one, without breaking the bank. Once we had the accepted offer, Beth and Roger stayed on top of every detail and we closed the deal on time. But the story does not end there. Even after the sale was done, we were at the door with a truckload of stuff ready to move in, only to find that the previous owners left very quickly and did not clean the house. We contacted Beth and Roger, and while on their vacation, they helped arrange for cleaning help to come immediately so we could get moved in. Really, above and beyond service. I know all real estate transactions don't go perfectly, but Beth and Roger managed our transaction here in Texas as well as I think it can be done. We are very grateful for their help.
