Beth was incredibly helpful for me and my wife, who were first-time homebuyers. She was able to get us into a few different houses our first day out viewing homes and we made an offer on one, but the seller decided not to sell. She was then able to get us into a house that wasn't on the market yet to view it and she knew that we liked a house in that area that wasn't available anymore. We made an offer on that house and just closed a few days ago! Beth always checked in if she hadn't heard from us during the loan process and provided several great resources for us such as home inspection, loan officers, and movers.
