Bethanie Ferrando

Didn’t really help me at other than the paperworkl, plus the first house I put an offer on didn’t work out because an anti flipping law (even though offer was accepted). She didn’t find houses for me, I found them myself and told her I wanted to see them. Not helpful and wouldn’t recommend. Didn’t help me negotiate the price and wasn’t clear to me on the offer letter that I had to pay all the closing costs, she just said it would be a stronger offer without explaining that I had to come up with 15K to close! Didn’t excel and anything, I really wished I had someone else. The only reason I had her is because it was my friends aunt. I hope these reviews are kept private.
