I was selling my Mother's house in Michigan after she had passed. I live in Wyoming. Brokaw Group were just wonderful to work with. I was able to access and sign all the documents from home. No need to travel to Michigan. They were very helpful in getting the house ready to sell and in negotiating with the buyers. The whole process went very smoothly and very quickly. My fiancee and I were first time home-buyers, and I must say that Beth was perfect for us! We found a home that was listed as a short sale and she was great in the fact that she gave us all the pros and cons in buying a short sale. In the end we found a different home and thanks to her we were able to get out of our contract on the short sale because she knew how to write it up that gave us the leverage we needed. She also made sure we got the home we wanted. There was another offer on it, and she is so savvy in how she does things she made sure our offer was above anything the other people had offered. Beth rocks! We came across Beth because she responded to our requests to look at properties when other realtors ignored our calls. She was always willing to cater to our requests for viewing potential properties, even if she felt they were a long shot for us. She is actually the one who found the one we bought. Not many people probably purchase a home sight unseen in less than two weeks listing to closing. But we did with Beth's help. She was able to help us through the offer process and management of offers/paperwork via computer, fax and email. When my husband and I began our search for a house, Beth was on top of everything! She took us under her wing and listened to everything we were looking for, especially staying in a price range we liked. What made me super comfortable was she would give insight on the property as well. We laughed a lot when we all agreed it was a straight forward NO! And we also let her know when we were interested in a "maybe" house. Our second time looking for houses we found a wonderful house and were sort of interested until we found out I was pregnant, and then we were super interested. Beth drew the papers up and helped us put in several offers until the bank accepted.Little did we know that house we were super interested in would turn into our worst nightmare. Beth tried and tried, and continuously called the bank every day to hear if we had any news. Each time it was more depressing news but we tried to keep hope. At the end of March, we were forced to move out of our townhouse into my husband's parents house since the house wasn't up to code. Once again, Beth showed sympathy and kept trying her best. The first week of April, we just decided that the house wasn't worth the wait anymore, and it was going to take the bank way too long to fix anything. We asked Beth if we could see more houses in Grand Blanc. That night she sent us over many listings and our search continued. We came across a beautiful 3/4 bedroom house and immediately put an offer in on it. If it weren't for Beth, we would have NEVER been accepted by the seller. We are forever grateful for you Beth!
