Bethany came highly recommended by dad, who always swore that she was the only realtor he would use. Naturally, when it came time to sell his home I contacted Bethany. I worked with Bethany to sell my mothers house. Many issues came up during the sale of the house and Bethany worked with us to give us the time to correct the issues while communicating with the potential buyer. Ive sold and purchased a house with Bethany within the last two years. My search for a house to purchase lasted about a year. Bethany is the most professional courteous and level headed realtor Ive yet to come across. We had multiple contracts on houses with an expected closing on one that took a wild turn in the end.
