We had the pleasure of working with Betheen a few years ago. She helped us to sell our house and also in the purchase of a new home. She was absolutely awesome to work with and we highly recommend her. Her knowledge of the area was quite impressive but what meant even more to us was just what a wonderful person she is. You won't find anyone better to work with or have in your corner. Highly recommended.

Betheen without question is the most professional, competent and caring realtor I have ever used or meet. Her knowledge, honesty and acumen with respect to her work and profession was/is second to none. The reason for this as I found out is quite simply that she really does care about what she does for her clients and takes it personally. She is a straight shooter and tells you like it is. If you can find a better person to represent you or go to bat for you then hire them.

All I can say is thank goodness I had Betheen as my agent for a recent real estate purchase. What should have been a relatively short, simple escrow turned out, through no fault of ours, to be a 5 month ordeal taken up by efforts to prod others into action, assembling various required reports and documents, and sometimes intense negotiations, especially at the conclusion. Through it all Betheen never, not once, lost her cool. Without fail she was professional, patient, and always available to handle whatever came our way.
