Beverly was helpful while my husband and I were preparing to buy our first house. She provided good detailed information in the beginning of our process other than not letting us know that we had to have over $3,000.00 to $4,000.00 sitting in our account without being touched for four months before we could get approved in the first place. However, we finally met the criteria and were approved and ready to find our first home. I gave the one star status only because with us being first time home buyers she should have been there for us instead of showing her actions of being more for the seller. A few things made myself not want to deal with her anymore were: 1.) She was rushing to get the deal done instead of having everything properly fixed buy the seller. 2.) The inspector Beverly provided should have failed several items at the house, but he choose to let them pass, considering things were improperly installed, wiring all over the place, ceiling fans shaking badly. However, he stated everything was fine and safe(YEAH RIGHT) Now number 3 WAS THE MAJOR DEAL BREAKER 3.) We found out that our house was valued at $117,000 and we were suckered into settling for $135,000.00 in which I know she knew about it(she is the REALTOR). She just wanted a bigger check. Of course, we found this out after we received the tax information/property value to our house the following year. I PERSONALLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANY TYPE OF REALTOR WHO WOULD CLAIM TO HAVE YOUR BACK, BUT IN ACTUALITY IS WORKING FOR THE SELLER AND THEMSELVES. MAKE SURE YOU FIND SOMEONE IS TRULY AND GENUINELY LOOKING OUT FOR THE BEST FOR YOU AND YOUR FAMILY. BEVERLY REESE DID NOT FOR US. ALSO, I WOULD RECOMMEND YOU TO DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH INTO HOW MUCH YOUR HOUSE IS VALUED AT AND WHEN IT THE LAST SOLD PRICE WAS. THAT WAY YOU CAN FIGHT TO GET A FAIR DEAL IN WHICH WE SHOULD HAVE HAD. I TRULY HOPE THIS HELPS SOMEONE ESPECIALLY A FIRST TIME HOME BUYER

Beverly is a very knowledgeable and friendly Realtor, she sold my home within 2weeks of listing it. I could call her at anytime and she always answered her phone,and answered all my questions, in a very professional matter. I would recommend her to anyone who wants to buy sell a home.
