I was first time home buyer and I didn't know a lot of terms of house purchasing terms but she explained very well to me ! Bianca is an amazing realtor!!! She took her time and showed my husband house after house, day after day while he was home on leave. I was afraid we were going to run her off because we couldn't settle on a house.......we were like the 3 little bears....this house is to big......that house is to small.....that house needs to much work.....this house is to far from base. Until she found us the perfect house!!! She was so awesome to work with!!! Even after closing on our house she came and brought us a house warming gift, 2 coffee mugs with little dog paw prints on them !!! To this day we still get a Christmas card from her, and if we ever need her we can call her......she will also call just to check on my husband and I!!! How many realtors will do that?!?! I'm glad that we had her as our realtor!!!
