My experience in real estate began forty years ago when I bought my first house. While stationed in Pensacola, Florida with the Navy, I shared my first home, renting rooms to Navy buddies to cover the mortgage payment. That's when I fell in love with real estate. Since then, I have bought and sold dozens of properties while working full time. After 25 years in the corporate world and 26 years in the Navy Reserves, I decided to become my own boss, and share my real estate experience with other folks. In 1996, I retired from the Navy Reserves and relocated to Orlando, Florida. I obtained my Florida Real Estate license, and just a year later, I acquired my broker's license. - Bill listed, but didn't sell, my home
Neglengent is an understatement. Knowledge of the local area was poor. He did not seem to care about our listing until the contract was about to expire and did not give a sufficient notice when showing.
