My fiance and I found our perfect first home on the Up North Properties website. They negotiated a fair price on a foreclosed home, and also led us through the process, including site visits and the inspections we need to protect our interests. Securing a mortgage and providing the title insurance policy were also part of the one-stop shopping service and we did that almost exclusively online. We did attend our closing in person since we were excited first-time homebuyers! They made us feel secure and confident in this big first step toward homeownership.

After losing out on a cabin in Western Wisconsin, we decided to try a new area in hopes of finding everything we wanted. We began our cabin adventure knowing we wanted to be on Pelican Lake as we currently have family that also have a cabin on Pelican Lake. We had assumed with our narrow search criteria that finding a property would be easy. We contacted the Up North Properties Real Estate Group and were impressed with the quick response that we received.
