Bill Jenkins

I had interviewed two Realtors prior to Bill and Fran Jenkins. When I sat at the table with Bill and Fran, I felt as though they were winners and they were able to get the job done. Sure enough, after one and a half days on the Market, my Condo was placed under Contract. Settlement was last week and I couldn't be happier. Thank you Bill and Fran.

We have used the Jenkins 3 times in the past 8 years and got excellent service and attention from them. They provided great lenders that got us through the mortgage process quickly and absolutely without any pain, just gain. There was never a problem they couldn't handle and the latest home we purchased escrow had to close by a certain date and it was done 2 days prior to the date we needed to close. I would highly recommend Bill and Fran Jenkins to anyone who wants to either buy or sell a home.

Bill and Fran are simply the best. After 13 years and 3 houses, we have always satisfied with their representation. They got our house sold in just a few weeks and negotiated the best price for our new homes. We highly recommend Bill & Fran to anyone that is looking to buy or sell a house.
