I had the pleasure of working with Bill to purchase my first house. He did a great job of showing me a variety of houses toward the beginning and then focusing in on houses towards the end once he learned what I was looking for, and liked/disliked in past houses we looked at. He was extremely responsive throughout the entire process, even when I texted him some late nights reading what felt like endless pages of paperwork. He was able to explain many of the documents I had questions about, so I could get a better understanding of the home buying process. In the end we were able to get an offer in on a house within a few hours of viewing it. We were able to close quickly with very minimal hiccups in the process. I will definitely be calling him again when I am ready to purchase/sell any other houses in the future!

He spent his weekends and several late nights finding us our new home! He connected us to our mortgage lender and got the process of our home loan started very quickly. Bill never gave up on helping me find my home, even when I did! He kept looking for a house that met all my criteria (in my price range!) and when he found one, he worked really quickly to ensure that I would make a strong offer that would be accepted and we were successful! We met Bill Jordan at a very crowded Open House...we expressed to him that the condo being shown was too small for us. He asked if he could call us the next day and find out exactly what we were looking for, and he did. We had been looking on our own for several months and there were just no condos available in our area that met our main criteria...living space all on a single floor. He called us the next day to say he had found two condos that met most of our criteria. We met him the next morning to look at them...we didn't like the first one; but when we saw the second one, we knew it was the one for us. We wrote up an offer that afternoon; and when he took it to the other agent, she said there was already an offer on it that had to be decided upon that night. He informed us of that situation and advised us on how to strengthen our offer if we really wanted the condo. We did that; and by that night, we had purchased our condo. He facilitated the sale, and we closed just three weeks later. We are now working with him to get our current home ready to put on the market, and we have complete confidence and faith that he will get it sold quickly for us. Bill has been quite professional in our dealings with him, but he has also become a good friend. He is honest and upfront with us, and he listens to us as to what we want to do. We know that he has and will continue to represent us well.

Bill did an amazing job! I told him I wanted a two bed two bath condo in the Edmonds area, and when we found one that I fell in love with we saw it that day! When we didnt get that one, Bill sent letters to all of the neighbors of that complex looking for potential sellers and then went door knocking and found not one but two potential sellers, that day I met with a couple wanting to sell and saw the condo and made an offer which was accepted that night!

My experience with Bill began on a Friday afternoon at 3pm. My wife and I had found a 5 acre property we loved and the owner agreed to drop the price $30,000 if we got our offer in on said Friday. The following Saturday was an open house that would be cancelled if offer was in on time. My realtor was unresponsive so I called Bill. I appraised Bill of the situation and he went to work immediately and he came through for us. Offer was sent on time and accepted. Now we had to list our house which we felt would sell easily but we needed to get the most out of our value in order for our purchase to be more easily managed. Bill took a tour of our house and gave us great advise on minor improvements that would help in value. We went to work for 2 weeks and put the house on the market. It sold in 2 days $30,000 above asking. Through the whole process Bill was there every day to answer my questions (often dumb questions) and guide us through the process of selling our first home. Up to now everything sounds neat and tidy right? One night Bill asked for a meeting and informed us that our buyer had backed out and forfeited his earnest money. This was a big blow to the gut for about 10 seconds when new paper work was produced from another buyer. Our home sale had multiple offers and Bill contacted one of these individuals and they were seamlessly substituted and all was well. The sale of our home could not have gone better. We are absolutely thrilled with the process and outcome. Unfortunately the only time I didn't ask Bill for advice was my lender. The IRS lost my tax return and my lender was not able to handle this complication. To make a long miserable story short we were not able to close on time. We were looking at 6-9 weeks rent back and possible loss of the property. Bill negotiated a 20 day rent back and asked me change to a lender he recommends. I am not an easy person to deal with and at this point the thought of going through the lender process again was a brave thing to ask me. But he did ask me because it was what was best for me. I am so glad he asked and he handled it beautifully. The new lender closed within 10 days. It was the 18th day of our rent back agreement. Bill was always on time or early. But most of all he was always there for when we needed him and a lot of the time we didn't know til after the fact. Like handling all our Pod movements. Including storing our Pods in his driveway when we failed to close through no fault of his own. In closing there were many high fives when we could finally call it our own. I'm glad we went through it with Bill. He is a true agent-there for you when you can't be.

Bill Jordan zeroed in on my needs immediately, and was the first agent I talked to who did not assume I would fit into a standard program. He paid close attention to my goals and did some real creative thinking. By giving me options I did not know existed, he saved me a lot of stress while getting me the financial outcome I needed from the sale. At every stage in the process, Bill Jordan was kind, patient, and positive. I cannot recommend him highly enough. If there were a rating above "excellent" I would use it!
