We were on the buy side of the transaction. Bill was the epitome of a professional. He did what I think every representative agent should do, allowed us to make our own decisions in our own time and supported us with knowledge that would help us obtain our goals. Before we started working with Bill, we had another agent and every house we walked into we were being sold on it being perfect, even though it was not perfect. I could not take it, so we switched agents to one recommended by a lender. I am so glad we did, Bill was perfect, he never pushed us as buyers to get into anything we were not interested in. He was extremely patient with us viewing probably 75 homes over a 1 and half year period. He was there to answer any questions he could about properties but never made us feel like we should do anything at any point in time. His calm demeanor allowed us to find the best house we could have found for our family and if we had a more pushy agent looking out for their commission instead of our interests that may not have been the case.
