Bill assisted me in selling my duplex rental property. I moved out of the state for work and made frequent visits back to Milwaukee to modify, update and repair my home for sale. Bill helped me determine a fair market value for the home, managed the home showing process via email so that I could arrange the appropriate show times through my tenants.
