Bill helped my wife and me execute a home search from out of state (in Nebraska). We had a lot of obstacles to overcome under that circumstance, and he helped us navigate them well. He was patient and generous with both his time and advice, provided us with insight into the local market, school districts, and other matters it would be difficult to assess from afar. He arranged for a colleague to help us during a week he was unavailable, and he did a video walk-through of a home we were interested in. When we were ready to purchase, he helped us through the negotiation, provided someone to perform the preliminary walkthrough on our behalf, coordinated with us during our travel and move, referred us to a good lender, and helped us through all the paperwork and legalities. In every interaction with other entities, he helped us ask questions and consider issues we didn't know to. On top of all this, he was a lot of fun to work with--he made the whole process enjoyable.
