As first time home buyers, we were a little worried about what we were getting ourselves into. Bill put our minds at ease instantly with his knowledge. We gave him a list of what we wanted in a home, he then started sending us emails with listing that matched our wants. We never felt like Bill was pushing us into a house that was too expensive or a house that wasnt what we were interested in. Bill is very respectful and patient. He answered our many, many questions no matter how silly they might have been to him. Bill made himself available to us at anytime and answered any questions we had in a timely fashion. We could not refer him higher for your house buying needs!

Bill was very helpful and answered all our questions, no matter how small they were. He sent us open houses and new listings that for the price range we set. He always made himself available to show us houses we were interested in looking at in areas we wanted. He was honest about places and how many people would also be interested.
