Bill Van Deelen

My husband and I did not have a good experience with Bill. We hired him to do a job and he failed completely. My husband and I had to remind him many many times to find out information about a home we were interested in. Weeks would go by without a word from him and we only asked him to find out about 1 home! Imagine if we asked him to actually work like everyone else out there and had him work on more than 1 home. He was overwhelmed by doing Nothing and that is very sad. If you are looking for someone who dosent work and forgets that he has a job to do than this is your guy. But if you are looking for someone who is professional and hard-working than look elsewhere.
