It didn't take Bill long to find the perfect home for 4 adults, who were all moving from a home they had all lived in for many years. Rick and I enlisted Bill to help us navigate a Black Mountain market unfamiliar to both of us. Not only did he take the reins, he guided us through a competitive bidding situation and helped us land our downtown Black Mountain home. He was there at every twist and turn, prodding, encouraging, intervening, etc, all at the right moment necessary to move us towards out goal. We are so impressed and plan to use him for future real estate needs.
