12/18/2019 - woody10gaSold a Single Family home in 2019 in Hallsville, TX.Could not have been better. He made it happen quickly. Billy walked the entire property (10 acres) not an easy walk. Inspected the pond, verified the property lines on all four sides. He immediately placed a for sale sign and even went back to redo it because it wasnt perfectly aligned. He determined the best place to build a shop and even recommended a person who could do the work. He called me everyday to keep me filled in on activities and there were many. Several people looked at the land and liked what they saw. I dont know exactly how long it took to find a buyer but it couldnt have been more than a couple of weeks. Billys work was in a word excellent. He was very professional in the way he conducted himself. I would recommend him to anyone who has property to dell
