I was buying a home in Maryville Tn while living in Az. due to the covid crisis I was unable to be on the ground in Tn. I asked him for help in finding a single story 3 bedroom around 2500 sf within a few miles of Lamar Alexander and Broadway. I told I would pay cash. He made no suggestions and just would follow up when I told him about houses I saw listed on the internet. He told me it would be very difficult to find a single story house that size so I expanded my search and found a 2 story home and had him make an offer. The offer was accepted and I purchased the home. When I got to my new house I found that the inspection company he RECOMMENDED missed several obvious problems "like broken dryer vent hookup and a leak under the kitchen sink. The owner left several appliances, but did not leave a single owners manual, garage door opener, or instructions on how to use the irrigation system touted in the listing. I never did receive the manuals,and the irrigation system froze and required me to spend over $700 to replace the valve system, because no one told me I needed to have it drained for the winter. Billy told me the buyer's agent was a friend and both work for Realty Executives in Knoxville. That may explain why He never told me there was a single story 2500 sf hm for sale at the end of our block at the exact same time he told me it was impossible to find listed by Colwell Bankers I bought 1529 Crestridge and not 1563 Crestridge
