Blair Dinkins

Blair went above and beyond our expectations helping us find our forever home in Colorado Springs. She was unbelievably responsive and showed us homes with very little notice. She understood the importance of getting us in the door of homes as early as possible in this crazy market and knew how to write offers that would make us competitive. I highly recommend Blair for all of your real estate needs!

I absolutely could not have asked for a better real estate agent than Blair. From our first meeting, she was down-to-earth and and super friendly! Each property I expressed interest in, she immediately sought out and scheduled viewings so I could see them quickly. She truly understands how crazy the real estate market is in Colorado Springs which helped me out tremendously since it was all new to me. Without her knowledge and expertise, there's NO way I could've gotten a house right now that I love as much as this one. I relied heavily on her and definitely owe it all to her! She was always available for me to reach out to and super helpful in anything I needed. Besides being fantastic at her job, she is an absolute sweetheart and truly a wonderful person to work with. I can not recommend her enough!

Blair is extremely knowledgeable and dedicated to helping find a home. Without her expertise we would have struggled to find a home. She is very caring and wants you to find a house that meets your expectations. She is familiar with the current market and process. She was always on top of new listings emerging and was quick to notify us. We would highly recommend her to anyone in the market for a home or beginning the process of where and how to start home shopping.
