From my experience, I would not choose to work with Blake again in the future. The sellers requested an expedited 25-day closing timeline, and we made every effort to keep the transaction moving forward and meet all required deadlines. We were also willing to be flexible and accommodating whenever the sellers needed additional time or adjustments. The primary issue I encountered was a lack of accountability and proactive problem-solving when complications arose. Communication often seemed focused on relaying messages rather than actively working toward resolutions. When challenges occurred, responsibility frequently appeared to shift back to the sellers instead of being addressed through a more engaged effort to find solutions and keep the transaction progressing smoothly. As a buyer, I expected a stronger level of professionalism, advocacy, and dedication to addressing concerns throughout the process. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet those expectations. This review reflects only my personal experience during this transaction.
