Blake represented us in selling our home and buying our dream home. When we purchased our dream home, the real estate market was just starting to heat up and Blake always kept an eye out and let us know when homes in our target neighborhood were coming on the market and then was endlessly available to be able to show us homes and work to put together offers. Even more importantly, Blake was always available to show our home when we had a request, and this makes a huge difference. It always surprised me how many agents were not available to show homes we were interested in-- we never had that experience with Blake-- Blake was always available with a work ethic not often found today. Don't underestimate Blake due to his relative young age--he does his research and is extremely well prepared for negotiations and starts working the transaction as soon as he interacts with the other agents. As an attorney that negotiates large business contracts I know that being well prepared, polite, and professional are the keys to successful negotiations and Blake masterfully worked the process. Blake worked hard to find a home that met all of our requests and knocked it out of the park. Blake is capable of handling large transactions in the most prestigious neighborhoods as well as walking first time homeowners through the process.
