Blake Haddock is vastly experienced in the residential real estate industry with an unparalleled list of career accomplishments. He has closed individual real estate transactions that exceed $25 million dollars and has been instrumental in selling over two thousand homes with combined revenues reaching nearly two billion dollars.In 1986, he turned his focus to real estate sales and became a Realtor for the largest home and land brokerage in Central California. With his hard work, he immediately received the Rookie of the Year award. Blake was then recruited by a Consulting firm in Calabasas, CA specializing in troubleshooting the causes of poor sales performance in New Home communities.In 1992, Blake moved to La Quinta, CA to expand the consulting firm. During the market downtrend, his group managed the sales and marketing at Lake La Quinta, where he successfully sold 100 new homes and re-sales. In 1994, he became the onsite Broker and Project Manager for The Estancias at Rancho La Quinta. There he closed over 70 transactions of new luxury spec-homes and re-sales. Here he reported directly to Garry Drummond, CEO of Drummond Company, a $5 Billion dollar company with over 6,000 employees.After the successful turnaround at The Estancias, the Drummond Company recruited Blake as its Senior National VP of Sales and Marketing where he leads the success of Rancho La Quinta and Andalusia at Coral Mountain, as well as Liberty Park, a master-planned golf community in Birmingham, AL. After years of record-setting results from selling hundreds of homes, Blake opened a real estate brokerage specializing in luxury homes. He has closed multi-million dollar transactions in The Vintage, The Hideaway, The Estancias, Rancho La Quinta, Andalusia at Coral Mountain & others.
