We met Blake by chance when we decided to stop by an open house on a whim and we knew that day that he was the Realtor for us. His knowledge of the industry paired with his charismatic energy makes him fun to work with. Blake is on top of every detail and began by weeding out houses he knew weren’t for us, eventually leading us to the perfect home for us (within 2 weeks of beginning our search!). He also knew a few lenders and insurance agents that were perfect for our needs. During the home buying process, he was the go to for all of the various people that needed information on a daily basis (often multiple times daily and at all hours). We only had to be involved when actually necessary. All in all, this was our smoothest and quickest home buying experience, and this is because of Blake’s commitment to the process. I can’t wait to work with Blake again!
