Blaze was very courteous and professional throughout the whole process. His knowledge of existing comps allowed us to make an informed decision in buying our townhome. He was very responsive and was on time for all scheduled appointments. He stayed in contact with us throughout the whole process and even after we bought the townhome makings sure all the details were taken care of. Being first time home buyers we had a ton of questions and things we weren't sure about. Blaze was able to answer all of our questions and make sure we understood everything we were signing. Every time he would send me an email my phone would ring and he would walk us through the documents. He is very knowledgeable and super friendly! n nAlso, he was really patient with us and we never felt pressure. That was huge for us. We went back and forth on if we were going to buy and Blaze stuck with us the whole time, without getting annoyed or discouraged. We could see as many places as we wanted and did not have to worry about feeling like we needed to make a quick decision. He came to every location with all of the information on that property so we knew all the ups and downs of each property and could make our own decisions. n nWe not only had a wonderful realtor but I feel we made a friend in the process!

Blaze was absolutely amazing from first contact to the close. At no point through the whole process did I feel uneasy about this purchase even though we were coordinating from 100 miles away. He went above and beyond my highest expectations. The only hiccup in the entire deal he identified and skillfully resolved with the seller and title company within 24 hours without any need for me to get involved though he always kept close communication with me throughout the process.
