I worked with Bob because he was the first person to respond to my interest in several houses on zillow. It ended up being a complete luck of the draw. Bob and everyone he recommended working with has been a pleasure. This is my first house and they've made the process extremely easy for me.

Prior to selling my home, I wanted to interview several agents from different companies, since I wasnt as familiar with selling a home. I asked each of them the same questions, carefully listened to their responses and compared them to what I was looking for in my agent.

This team is fantastic!!! When it comes to selling and/or buying a home, it can be a very long and tedious process. Bob and Kim sold our home within five (5) days!!! It was on the market right after Christmas and we were not expecting to sell until Spring/Summer timeframe. With their knowledge and background, they were able to sell this home in such a short period of time. Their attention to detail and their desire to "get the job done", without you feeling any of the stress that is going on in the background, is absolutely amazing and astonishing!!! They accomplish all of this with honesty and integrity (two very tough qualities to find these days), as well as finesse, while dealing with personalities such as mine, a high Type A! I would highly recommend them for selling and/or purchasing a home. All I can say is FANTASTIC! Thank you Bob and Kim for an amazing job!!!

Bob was a recommendation to us from our mortgage banker. Bob made himself available to us anytime and his team worked tirelessly through negotiations of us buying a home. We were also selling a home and Kim helped us to rearrange furniture on the day of photos in her business suit. We also have 2yr old twins and when we had to go see a house with them because we didnt have a sitter, Bob gave them toys to play with. He had these readily available in his car. They were a fantastic team through both processes of buying and selling.

Bob and Kim negotiated a quick sale in a neighborhood that has history of difficult sales and assisted us with repairs of our rental property due to us being out of state. We couldnt ask for a better team.
