I initially started looking for a home in 2017, but decided I wasn't ready. Over the years, Bob kept in contact with me. When I was ready (2021), Bob, without hesitation began working with me. He got me in touch with a great lender and the process began. I was very fast paced and sent multiple homes to Bob for viewing. He worked quickly and diligently and at every chance, we went house searching. It was at a bad time since it was a seller's market, but after a month, Bob was able to negotiate with the sellers of a home I was very interested in. We got the ball rolling, and in less than 4 weeks, I am now in my new home! Takeaway: Bob is great! He works hard and knows what he's doing.
