Bob is a breath of fresh air in a industry that "average" best defines other industry agents. He always listened to my concerns and or questions. Most importantly gave me a answer that I needed to hear, not always what I wanted to hear. Whether a buyers or sellers market one needs every advantage these days achieve your goal. Personally, I would not make another move in Real Estate without him.

Bob knows the market very well and understood exactly what I wanted in my vacation home / future retirement home. He's a non pressure realtor who showed me only the houses that fit the profile and price range I gave him, so neither my time or his was wasted. Once my offer was accepted Bob continued working for me and took care of all the post offer issues that needed to be addressed, which was extremely beneficial as I live 280 miles from Eagle River.
