  • Bob listed and sold my home

      1. Does not allow you to use anything but mortgage company recommended by him. As a reward for using their sevices the same mortgage company will mail you a single packet of microwaveable popcorn instead of traditional botle of vine 2. The same mortgage company works only with their home inspector leaving 10 (most expensive ones) defects not fixed. 3. Extremely bad negotiator from buyers prospective. 4. Please, do not involve him in “sale old house/purchase new one” deals - he has plenty of deceitful tricks to show you. Extremely bad experience- will NEVER use him or his company, again.
