Bobby is as good as it gets when it comes to buying or selling real estate. Ive done both with him and his commitment to his clients best interest is unwavering. We got top dollar for the sale of my place and we also were able to get a couple bargains on the buy side. Hes also a real estate investor and is willing to dig into the details on new questions he doesnt know the answer to including reading Denvers zoning code. Hes also a homeowner who has done a ton of renovation work - some of it himself - so he has a good eye for potential repair work and craftsmanship of the place you are looking to buy. Hes an outstanding communicator and develops rapport easily with other agents making your deal the winner! Im grateful to have Bobby as my friend and realtor.

Bobby and his team (Britta Mayer) were incredibly helpful in getting me the exact type of property I wanted. Bobby understood what I was looking for, got my offer to be accepted over 5 other offers, was able to negotiate a major roof repair and was a joy to work with the whole time.I am especially impressed on his friendliness, responsiveness, and follow-through. Britta came over the night I was driving in from out of state and set up a blow-up mattress so I would have a place to sleep upon arrival. Bobby came by this last weekend to welcome me back home to Denver, and to give me a gift. I cannot recommend Bobby enough.
