Bo's the man. He found me the condo that I was looking for. He also had a great personality and it was great dealing with him. His services were recommended by a friend of mine who had purchased properties from him. If you're looking to buy/sell he is the person you should work with.

We tried to sell our property on own for 6 months. Then signed up with Bo Mastykaz. Within one week, Bo had two potential buyers. Bo was very responsive when we had questions and was helpful guiding us with all aspects of the sale. Always returned our phone calls within minutes of leaving a message. He is the best and we highly recommend her.

BO is professional, knowledgeable, a good negotiator, has great follow-up and has a get-it-done attitude. He is honest, upfront and has integrity. We were looking for a condo building and he was very patient and took us to see all the buildings that made sense for us. We also wanted to use a Realtor who knew well the complexities of condo associations. He did a great job start to finish. Excellent communication skills and made sure there were no surprises. Everything was organized and which eliminated any stress from the transaction.

Bo was amazing. He and his team were top notch and I will use him in the future. We looked (without any pressure) at various neighborhoods throughout the county. We were given the comparables and analytic thoughts as to the market future. Once we found the house we wanted, Bo went above and beyond my expectations. He was a master negotiator, able to buffer my emotional attachments to the fiscal goals. He got the house for well under what we were prepared to pay. After the acceptance, Bo was instrumental in helping us with quality people to assist us with inspections and mortgages, etc. We are greatful!

Bo is the best real estate person I have worked with. He is very professional, and has an up-beat attitude that is unmatched. He was available to answer questions and really understood what was happening and how to best answer.I have to say that Bo was really the best possible person I could have worked with to close on my house and can't imagine anyone better than Bo. My only hesitation to write this is that other people will find out how great he is! :)

Bo's knowledge of the local market and process in general was fantastic. Highly recommended. Did a fantastic job for us and guided us along the whole process as new home buyers.

Bo was exactly what we were looking for in a real estate agent - someone who would provide us help where we needed it (setting up tours, providing useful tips about home owning and cheerful encouragement at times) while still giving us space to do our own research at a pace we were comfortable with. He did make our first-time home buying experience far less scary than what we'd imagined it to be
