Bonnie listed and sold my home
Bonnie was extremely knowledgeable about the home sale process. She really knows the area, and what makes things sell. She went above and beyond when it came to marketing my home, and kept me informed about what people were saying. The first day I had it on the market, I had six offers. Bonnie warned me that they may not appraise, so the fact that some of the offers were over ask, I chose the one that the appraisal wouldn't affect as much. I signed and never looked back. She negotiated like a pro and got me a fantastic deal. I can't recommend her highly enough.
