Bonnie is a fantastic, honest, and down-to-earth realtor. She guided my wife and I through the purchase of our first house in 1999 and the sale and purchase of two other homes after that. I truly hate the buying and selling process but having Bonnie on our side made things a lot more bearable and less-stressful. Bonnie got me more money for the house I sold than the other realtors were even willing to list it for-I got over the appraised value.Bonnie was also very agressive in helping me negotiate on the Condo I purchased,with the seller eventually coming down $10,000 and doing several repairs.While possibly a bit unconventional,I feel that Bonnie is the best,and most knowledgable realtor I have ever dealt with.I would definitely reccommend her to any of my friends.
