We gave the Schultheis team a real challenge with a very narrow set of criteria for our Gulf-front condo. We had selected only two buildings as acceptable with requirements for floor number, pool, hot tub, location in the building, etc. Bonnie and Paul took on the challenge with great attitudes, hard work, quick responses and an in-depth knowledge of the market. I would only add that when you have first time buyers and they are out of state- the questions are numerous and the knowledge of the process limited. We have purchased and sold many properties over the years but doing a distance purchase is a challenge. When the one property came up that we knew we wanted we had to act fast and purchase sight unseen. But no! Bonnie and Paul visited the unit and took me on a video tour that helped ease the anxiety and convinced us it was the right thing for us to do. Bonnie Shultheis provided us with a sense of being able to accomplish the sale and did it all without really having much direct contact because we were 1500 miles away. she kept us posted and always had a smile in her voice and a very positive outlook which gave us a peace of mind.... Bonnie was instrumental ( along with her husband) when we had some problems with some the A/C and hot water heater... she arranged and bought them , made sure that they were delivered and installed properly and even did some of the cleanup after the units were installed.... then also helped with the supervision of the removal of insects in the unit. This was all done very quickly and without hesitation... we will always be grateful for the help Bonne provided then and also with the negotiations and the attending to the details of the closing

He was very friendly and said if we needed to see anything else just let either one of them know. We went back on a later date to the area and meet with Bonnie this time and she was very friendly as well and knowledgeable about this property and other properties that we wanted to look at. Both Bonnie and Paul took a lot of time showing us places and never hurried us or pushed us to make a decision. Bother were very knowledgeable and helpful when inquirin about properties and if they didn't know the property they found out and let us know very quickly. Again I feel she went above and beyond to make sure that everything was covered and help to make sure we understood everything. She was the broker for the seller as well so definately should have been her main concern, but I felt she still worked very hard for us and did what she could to make it all work. She didn't push us in anyway to a property she was selling versus other properties. She wanted to make sure we got what we wanted not necessarily in the best interest for her. I really appreciated that. Just really helped us in anyway possible. From looking at different properties to closing on the property. Always had ideas where to stay to even where to eat. Just went over and above what I expected from a broker. Just willing to help with things even if we weren't sure we were buying something at this time. Her husband Paul was the other broker that we worked with and has was very friendly and helpful as well.
