Bonnie helped us purchase a condo in Fountain Hills. We currently reside in Illinois. Bonnie helped us by searching for properties and visiting them for us. She inspected them, walked thru them, and took photos for us. She was in constant contact with us and offered her own expertise which was extremely valuable to us. She was key during the negotiations between us and the seller. Once we had decided on a property, Bonnie made all the arrangements for the inspector to inspect our condo. Bonnie was able to schedule the closing on a date when we were able to be present. We were able to do our own "walk thru" and sign all the final documentation the following day. The following week Bonnie began the process of listing our condo for rent and screening all the applicants. She rented our condo within 2 weeks! We are so fortunate to have found Bonnie and will use her again!
