Bonny Parker

I happened to find Bonny Parker online doing a random search for realtors in the Tybee Island area. We had never been to Tybee so we really didn't know where to begin in our home search. Her honest and straight-shooting personality came out in our initial phone call. We hit it off right away. It was refreshing and her passion for the area and real estate was apparent. Being in Ohio made it a challenge, but we told her what we were looking for and she delivered! She found listings that met our criteria and when we flew down for the weekend, she went the extra mile by not only being our realtor but also our tour-guide. She quickly became our friend. We never felt pressured into looking outside our comfort zone. In fact, she asked several times throughout the process if we were comfortable with our decisions. When it was time to negotiate, it was clear that she was looking out for our best interest. Our buying process was a long one, almost 8 months, but she stuck by us and continued to monitor the market the entire time. When it was time to finally close, again she went the extra mile by setting up meetings, keeping in touch with the lender, and making sure the process was staying on track. She coordinated the inspection and repairs and when we arrived, she was so well organized and once again her hospitality really came through. After closing, she took us to city hall to switch over the water and provided all of the utilities information. Her personal touch was extraordinary! We could not have been luckier when I made that random call last year. We would highly recommend Bonny and cannot begin to express our appreciation for her hard work with our transaction.
