Our experience with Brad was truly amazing. We had been through the process of selling a home many years ago and it was a nightmare so we struggled with getting started again, but once we made the decision to move forward, Brad was an All-Star! He took care of everything and made it completely painless. He kept us informed constantly and worked to get us the best deal and make sure we didn’t have to settle for anything we didn’t want to. Brad would not let us do anything that he himself wouldn’t do. He sold our home like it was his own and treated us like we were family to him. He is not just a great Realtor, but a great person. He even introduced us to the builder building his own home because he knew exactly what we were looking for and what a great fit it was for us, even though buying directly from a home builder meant he would lose out on commission for helping us buy a property. That’s a truly selfless act that is rare in such a cutthroat industry. If we ever buy and/or sell a home again, we will not think twice about using him again. Even if he retires, we will force him to come out of retirement because I just don’t think there’s anyone else out there we can trust as much as Brad.
