I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Brad. I tried to sell my house myself without success. Then Brad came out and helped me understand the true value of my home and thoroughly explained the whole process. He told me what I needed to do to make it more attractive. He sent a professional photographer to take the photos, and the difference in quality is amazing. They kept me in the loop almost every day. We had to renegotiate a couple of things before closing and he ensured everyone was happy, settling on a fair deal for all parties. And we closed on time.
