Brad was great! He spent lots of time with me even before I knew I could buy a home.. I was going with a friend who was house hunting with Brad and I kept saying this would be a great place for me..He gave me names of Mortage brokers and a year later it was my time to house hunt. He was not only knowledgeable about the area and about short sales , the time it could take to close could be unknown. He kept encouraging me though out the whole process. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is buying a home
