Everything was great! Brad kept on top of all new properties that filled my requirements. He also worked diligently with selling agents to make sure my offer was competitive with other bids. My wife and I met Brad as we were starting our home search in the Denver-metro area. He created a home search for us and was able to identify areas that would be within our price range. He also tailored our search towards our needs in a home. We looked at around a dozen houses with Brad all over the metro area, and finally found a house that ended up buying. Brad explained the home buying process in-depth, and made sure I knew what forma I was signing and what to expect. Brad was extremely professional and accomadating throughout the process, and is a wealth of knowledge about buying and selling homes.
