Brad was the best! I just bought my first home and Brad helped me through every step of the buying process. He promptly answered all my questions and was diligent in communicating with the sellers agent. He helped navigate a purchase with a USDA loan which Ive realized can be difficult to pitch to a seller due to slightly unconventional rules/processes. Very glad I picked Brad to be my agent!

The only regret that I have is that we didn't hire Brad first.
