I was under pressure to buy a home before I sold my home. Brad did a good job getting me to see a number of home so I had an idea what was out there. Because the time restraints I was under I purchased a home I liked, but it wasn't in as good shape as was described to me. I should have looked at the house closer than I did. Or maybe Brad knowing what I was going thru could have mentioned something like. Since you're paying up for the house maybe you should take a closer look around.
