We were very impressed with Brad. He was very knowledgeable in the market. He also did a outstanding job of negotiating our asking price. He responded quickly every time we called him. We highly recommend Brad. Our property was on the market approximately 48 hours when we had our offer.

Brad was a great realtor for us. He generated a sale quickly and then had to deal with a mess. We had pipes freeze during escrow and flood the house. Brad went to the house at nearly midnight to meet the mitigation company and stop the damage. He went above and beyond what I could possibly hope for with a realtor. He helped us find the person to repair the house and was able to keep the buyers still excited about buying the house. Even when we had enough and wanted to back out of the sale from all the problems he kept it together. He had great sincerity in his care and concern for our sale and represented us with a level that I could not have ever had expected. I can only recommend him for those that want the best. Purchasing a home in Oregon while in California couldn't of gone smoother due to Brad. Brad representative both us and the seller, and we always felt he had our best interest at heart. There were a number of items that came up during the purchasing process. Brad's communication during this time was excellent. He not only took care of us, but took care of coordinating and handling contractors, insurance adjusters and appraisals. And he didn't stop there. Brad returned the first night in our new home with a bundle of wood for us, and provided additional assistance when we were back in California. Needless to say, Brad has provided us with excellent service and continues to due so even after the final sale. Thanks Brad!!!!

We were out of state buyers, and Brad helped us along the way so well. It's a bit stressful buying a property when you don't live in the area. Brad answered all my questions in a timely matter. Near the end of the transaction there were multiple "speed bumps" and Brad got us through them wonderfully and was always looking out for our best interests. Our transaction should have been an easy, smooth one, but it ended up bumpy (by no fault of Brad, or the listing agent) and Brad really did work wonders. I am so glad we were able to work with him, and we look forward to working with him in the future.

Any questions I had about the buying process, regulations for the area, and all other questions he could answer, as well as in a very timely manor. He's honest, down to earth, and all around great!
