Brad helped us secure our first investment property in Charlottesville. He took time to understand our needs and came up with a detailed plan on how to go about it. He started off with a complete list of homes that met our criteria and also gave us honest feedback on the properties and neighborhood potential of each.We are out of state clients, so had to depend 100% on Brad and his expertise and feedback for our search. He was very responsive through phone, text messages and email - even through the thanksgiving weekend. He did a Facetime walkthrough with us for the properties as well as gave us good feedback on the price and negotiation strategy. We ended up securing a townhome that met our needs in record time. We are glad we chose Brad as our agent and will be using his service again in future for our next purchase!
