I grew up in Toccoa, GA and moved to Atlanta in 1993 to attend college. After graduating from Georgia Tech in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science in Management and a Minor in Building Construction, I spent 21 years as an estimator and project manager with D.N. Langford Construction Company in Atlanta, GA. The last eleven of those years were as a partner. We specialized in commercial construction as a licensed general contractor in Georgia, South Carolina, and Alabama. In 2018, I moved with my wife and two children back to Toccoa to live closer to family, friends, and the mountains. Our goal was, and is, to enjoy life in a great place without the hassles of the big city. I enjoy using my management, construction, contracting, and real estate experience daily to help others make the right choice with their real estate needs in this beautiful area.
