Bradley was amazing for my family in selling our townhouse we inherited from our Mom. There are 4 of us so it was not easy getting everyone in the same place at one time. Brad made sure to communicate with all of us via email and phone calls. Brad sold the house once in 5 days I believe. The home inspection did not go as well as the first buyer had hoped but he offered full ask price. So once the townhouse was back on the market Brad once again sold the property in a few days. I am very happy with how the process went and Brad was wonderful. I will be asking Brad to find me my new home in a few months. My old neighbor's asked for his information so they can call Brad!!!
